What you will do
As an SME CDD analyst, you are highly important in safeguarding the reputation of the bank and its customers. You are responsible for creating a complete customer overview to prevent fraud, terrorism financing or other forms of financial and economic crime. As an experienced CDD analyst, you analyze the most complex files and determine to which risk category a customer belongs.
You bear ultimate responsibility, coach direct colleagues and act as a sparring partner for management. In addition, you are expected to actively transfer knowledge in the workplace. Your exact tasks and responsibilities will be determined based on your previous experience. The client groups you will work with mostly are SME clients. In other words, mid-sized businesses with extensive, complex and high-risk legal structures.
You are positive, customer-oriented, analytical, enthusiastic, curious and driven. You want to continuously improve yourself and are open to changes that help us work better as a team. You are independent, but a real team player at the same time.
Requirements for CDD Analyst
· A completed tertiary qualification;
· At least 1.5 years of work experience in financial services, specifically in the area of financial crime into which KYC falls;
· Knowledge of (international) compliance requirements and procedures;
· Good written communication skills enabling you to make analyses transparent, clear, goal-oriented and efficient;
· Good oral communication skills, to facilitate regular customer contact.
